The planter box of chervil is thick with lacy foliage.

I cut this heap of it to bake some fish. Love the pretty leaves.

Ripe figs! My husband says they're delicious- I haven't tried one yet.

I thought I would need to buy another fig first, but turns out my neighbor also has some- planted against their house- see just over the fence behind the tithonia row (diminshed now, I've begun removing plants that aren't doing too well). I like their foliage, too (half the reason I bought one). Still haven't decided where to keep mine- in the front yard- plant out or stay in pot...
