what's in the garden now

Row near the back of regular simpson lettuce is bolting. It just got flattened by thunderstorm, too- a few days after this pic. The slow-bolt simpson elite in front is holding on longer against the heat.
Rue is starting to flower
Tomatoes are also putting out blossoms- plants at height of the deck railing now, I've tied up another section of stems. Have been pinching out suckers this time.
I started to tie up cucumbers, also. This one sent out a tendril, and grabbed its own leaf petiole.
My planter box of chervil on the deck looks great, but the one in the garden has odd bleaching on some leaves. From the cold? from some gray water I threw on the garden? I'm not sure.
Opposite side of the turnips (behind leeks)- they've grown quite thick . I still haven't mulched them yet.
Probably an error, but I left this plant growing on the edge of the leeks, still. At first I thought its leaves looked like basil, now I wonder if it is a self-seeded tithonia? it looks familiar... but probably just a weed and I shouldn't let it grow so far. I am keeping a close eye on it because if it makes a flower and I realize it's a problem plant, I will cut it down before seed scatters.
