wild coleus?

That plant growing on the edge of the leeks? I found another in the grass and thought: ha, a weed! and so came and yanked this one up. But turning it around in my hand

admiring the purplish underside- I noticed it had a square stem.

I think it's a coleus. Yup, it looks an awful lot like my 'exhibition limelight'- just different color.

I know several of my coleus in the yard flowered last summer- I suppose some of them might have set seed and been scattered. I stuck this one in a pot- it was unhappy after that rough treatment-

so I put it in shade under glass shelter to perk it up
