Two months ago I moved some sun-loving plants to my friend's back deck, where they could grow better. The Pepper plant I brought through the winter got all sickly and was disposed of. The newer ones are still rather small
as is the Tomato plant. It's proof that plants are like children- they need a good nutritional start in life. I don't think these will ever catch up and produce good fruit, even though they have better conditions now.
There are also two Marigolds there (much healthier than the three I still have on my balcony)
and a volunteer plant which I couldn't identify at first
but now am pretty sure it's a Cantaloupe.
