I processed the dried herbs- stripped them off the stems and stored in jars for winter use (dumping what was left of last-year's supply into the compost- there is so much fresh now!)

and Thyme
Sage is growing too tall, it needed a cutback and I wanted to take a good harvest before the leaf-hopper damage got too bad. So I cut a bundle of sage
and another of summer savory- the thicket is much reduced but still plenty for fresh use
and now they are hanging to dry.
