Several weeks ago I started cutting out the worst-looking bug-eaten leaves on the little rosebush in front. Noticed a new shoot had grown where flowers were cut, so I kept going and cut off all the stems that had bugholes. It looked really sparse then for a while. Now has all grown back,
but very leggy and leaning over. I think it is seeking sun. I might relocate it next year- it always leans into the driveway and snags people walking past to the front door.
There's one flower.
