mints

My two pots of Mint got all scrawny and mottled-looking from the insect infestation. I cut out all the scraggly and sickly growth, back to nearly nothing, and sprayed with neem and dishsoap solution. It seems to have worked; the plants are growing back and looking healthier now.

The mint looks good to me :D I have a friend who started working at a local nursery and she showed me this stuff called Sluggo which is great for slugs and snails! It's an all natural slug and snail killer. It's little pellets that you sprinkle around your plants and it basically causes slugs and snails that eat it to explode. Doesn't harm anything else...not pets, humans, plants, etc. Natural and organic! Might help if you have any slug/snail problems.
