I am so thrilled with my Creeping Charlie (swedish begonia) plant right now. The little thing seemed to be doing nothing for so long, and now it is finally growing, growing. Either I've finally got its conditions right (bright, indirect sun and watering about three times a week) or it finally grew enough of a root system to support itself and take off.
You can see from above here how many new little shoots are coming off; it branches wherever you pinch the terminal growing tip. I think it will grow into a big, beautiful plant!

Hooray!!!! I just pulled apart some poor crowded ponytail palms that I bought at a nursery for $1.99 and I'm trying to bonsai them so I'm hoping that they'll develop a decent little root system too and do well!
Ponytail palms are so pretty. I've never had one.
