Lots of plants in my garden are making seed right now. Some of them too much!
I've cut a lot of Basil down, removing all the seed stalks except for ones I want, on the healthiest-looking plants.
The shorter, second set of Cilantro plants got the same treatment, only two left with flowers (because I see the insects attracted to them)
and the rest cut shorter.
Two of my Chard plants have made flower stalks too. I know they can cross with Beets but I don't have any beets flowering now, so I'm going to let these grow on and see if I get any viable swiss chard seed form them.
One has a funny long stalk that's grow horizontal with the flower stems standing up from it.
