My large jade plant is still a bit infested. I have not seen any more aphids on the peppers or other plants near it, but every time I look closely, find a few on small, young emerging leaves. I have just been pinching those off, it seems the easiest way to remove the bug sans giving this plant a bath every few days, but I don't know if it will be sufficient.
I don't mind cutting it way back, it will only look more dramatic having the stems narrow to new foliage on top of a broad base- but I certainly don't want the plant to get sickly, or die, or harbor enough bugs that they spread to its neighbors. So far they appear to be in check.
