new SIPs

I've made a few more soda-bottle SIP containers. Planted my mini-Schefflera in one

and the rabbit's-foot Fern in the other.

It was only after the plants were all in that I realized I forgot to put watering tubes in these! It's actually a problem with the fern because I don't want to disturb the fuzzy rhizomes every time I lift it out to water. I don't even want to disturb them by taking the plant out and redoing it, in order to install a watering tube. It was pretty tricky getting the fern in there and I broke a few fronds off in the process. I'm thinking I might just cut a hole in the upper side of the reservoir, to water through ...
