I had swiss chard, I had chicken. My husband made soy sauce into teriyaki sauce. I added from the garden
the chard, sauteed in olive oil,
ginger mint- first time I've used it in a recipe- and its flavor matched the dish perfectly
stir fried it all in a pan, served over rice. It's easy, popular with the family, and I feel pleased to use several things from the garden! (second time, I also put in some salad burnet. First dish below, I added thinly sliced carrots and yellow peppers from the store. It would be great with some sesame seed too, but I ran out).
