Pulled two heads of wintered Lettuce for a big salad today.

Our favorite the light sweet ruffly tasty Simpson, and the Romaine (which came back fine after all, it just took longer to recover).

There's only one more Simpson head left in that spot

and a few more Romaines,

then we'll have to wait for the spring-planted lettuce to get big enough.
