coupla houseplants

This semi-succulent, that sat in a pot as just a Leaf for nine years until I was ready to give up but finally noticed it had grown roots, and moved it into the sun. It's now growing a baby offshoot!
Tiny, but vigorous- it is pushing out the side of the pot below soil level, and growing quickly- I took this photo last week actually, and the young leaves have now doubled in size. I'm thrilled.
My large jade got its annual trim. I forgot to take a before photo, but here's the after ones.
Also I bought a new hanging plant on a whim. Annoyingly, it has no proper label, "foliage houseplant" is all I got for identity. (Will update this post when I have a decent photo of it).
