cauliflor head!

One of my Cauliflower plants is a different shape than the rest; it has remained squat and wide where the others are growing a bit taller. (behind them you can see the rows of green bean cloches).

When I gently open the heart of the leaves, there is a small white head forming.

I wonder if the others will make a head, too?
