apple seedling

Inspired by all our growing experiments, Daughter wanted to plant the seeds from an apple she ate. I didn't expect much, but look at this! A week or so later, and she has a little Apple seedling in her bedroom window.

I told her it takes five years or so for it to grow into a tree, but she's not daunted at all.
