checking in on new stuff-

Some of the joe pye I planted is doing fine

others are still wilted and might not make it

Lamb's ears has new young leaves coming up in the middle of collapsed older ones, which might not come back from shock but that's okay if it regrows

the common milkweed looks better- some of those are still wilted but I'm told they'll recover soon enough

Here's the swamp milkweeds I already had-

I hope to get more flowers, this year! I didn't feed the milkweed anything all last season, not even leaf mulch in the fall.
