My chicago fig has some deep notches in a few leaves that look like caterpillar damage. I haven't been able to find the culprit. But I did find this green bug
it's an assassin nymph, so I'm glad to see it!
Indoors, one tray of coleus has a lot of pale marks- and I found a tiny green leaf hopper so there's probably a lot more of them-
Also this orange assassin bug still in residence, so that's good too.
I keep looking for the skinks outside because have heard of other people seeing them already this year, but none appearing in my yard yet. Lots of birds, though. A few robins keep fighting over space in the back near the compost bin and under the trees.
