something on Lady

I come back from a three-day trip to find all my fishes eager to see me (because my presence = food!!) My angelfish Beautiful in the basement got a fright- this keeps happening so I am considering moving the tank to a different location in the house- more on that later. Somewhat worrisome are these white bumps on Lady's face:

They are only on one side of her head, stand out from the skin, are of uneven size and appear a bit oblong- I think a parasite but not quite sure if it is ich- doesn't look quite right to me, plus she is not scratching on anything.

She eats like a pig and acts completely normal.

These pictures aren't great but were hard to get- trying for some better ones, meanwhile I'm asking about it on the fish forum.
