hospital outcome

Some of my cherry barbs in the QT tank look better. They are alert, acting interested in things, the fins seem less ragged and are perhaps healing. A few days ago was the last dose of treatment for this second round. First round I was concerned about water quality, so I made partial water changes every day, adding back in fraction of med dosage to try and keep it constant. I don't think that worked well- probably failed to keep the concentration at the right level to kill pathogen. This time I dosed as directed, left it alone (and covered) in between times- wc were every second or third day. Since regimen ended I've been doing small wc to remove the meds and salt.
One of the females looks good- at least I thought so until put stronger light over the tank and saw that she still has lesions on her body.
The other one I can't quite tell- it's hard with so small, quick-moving fish to see them clearly- but it looks like she still has fungus spots on her body, and the male definitely does although they're smaller on his back. He's hiding pretty constantly. Not sure at this point if I should do a third round of the same medications, or try something else...
