My Poinsettia is infested with whitefly. At least, I think that's what it is. I went to remove some older leaves, thinking their demise was just part of the plant getting close to it dormancy stage. But there is a whitish film and when I moved the plant, clouds of tiny white bugs flew up. I moved it out onto the balcony temporarily to douse it with neem oil. The first time I've really sprayed that stuff on my plants.
The Croton nearby had a few of the same bugs on it, so it got the same treatment.
I also sprayed the bell pepper, which is looking awful, but that might be partly to lack of sunshine...
Oh no :( Hope they all get better!!
