My daughter caught a Dragonfly!

She wanted to show it to her class but we were worried it might not live overnight and into the next day shut up in a mesh cage. So she did some quick research on the internet, discovered that dragonflies eat any insect smaller than themselves, and then set about to catch other bugs to feed her dragonfly. She ended up adding several houseflies, a firefly and a tiny moth to the mesh cage. I think the dragonfly ate a few because there weren't all there the next afternoon when we let him go.
