My three Avocado plants have been generally unhappy through the whole winter. No matter where I put them the leaves droop and bit and the ends burn. I thought it was from cold, but they didn't do better moved to a warm spot. I thought it was from tapwater, but they didn't do better on melted snow (maybe I should have tried distilled water?) Now they're back in the mudroom where there's more sun, and at least some sign of health returning- every single plant (even the third one still in a too-small pot) are sprouting fresh new leaves. The oldest still seems determined to grow in a lopsided fashion, though.
