I thought I was going to toss out those three pots of Cilantro in my windowsill (as it's growing well outside now in the garden plot) but the plants have put up yet more leaves (eaten in eggs this morning!). I can tell they're anxious (ha ha) to finish their growth as the top leaves have this different, ferny look they take on when they start growing tall to make flowers.

The taste is a lot more mild, now. I think the sun-grown plants outside will taste better, so this is the last time I'm cutting from these pots.
