carrot top

The wintered carrots yesterday, not so good. Very dull flavor, a bit tough. But I've saved some tops, with a bit of green, in a dish of water. Another silly growing experiment! Supposedly it will grown foliage again, and pretty my windowsill. The shards (I didn't have fine gravel on hand) will help support the tops as they get taller.
